A critical reflection on how universities can move beyond rigid hierarchies to cultivate shared ownership of learning. The article argues for dissolving the traditional staff–student divide and reimagining higher education as a space of collective inquiry, reciprocity, and institutional transformation.

This piece explores how student-led changemaking at London College of Communication reframes employability through equity, diversity, and inclusion — demonstrating how EDI can move beyond policy language and become embedded in curriculum design, collaboration, and lived institutional practice.
